Abstract: This article deals with digital geoinformation functionality. Six user functions (information function, model function, base function of mathematical modelling, projecting, and planning, function of automation and management mean, illustration function, base function of other databases derivation) and five criterions for their evaluation (database content, database quality, database actuality, territory importance, data standardisation, independence and protection) are defined. Each criterion is expressed in a mathematical formula. Overall product functionality is evaluated by suitable aggregation function. Economical efficiency and their evaluating is expressed in the end of article.
