Abstract: The subject of this paper is the proposal of evaluation methods of cartographic solutions and functionality of geographically-oriented web applications and its testing. We continue to practice the knowledge dealing with evaluation of cartographic functionality of Geographic Information Systems using the CartoEvalution method. This paper was initiated due to need of identification of recent situation in Slovakia. We emphasize the analysis of quality of geoweb and geoportal solutions of Slovak Public Administration in the Internet environment.
