Abstract: The aim of this paper is to provide information about the representation of Slovakia at the 31st International Cartographic Conference, its thematic focus, the contributions presented by Slovak cartographers, as well as the awards won by Slovak representatives during the conference. For the first time, Slovakia won first place in the Barbara Petchenik Children’s World Map Competition. We also won third place in the map products competition.
