Abstract: The article deals with innovations in classification of map expression methods. Computer method introduced new approaches to map making, which must be taken into account in the classification of expression method. They are the methods of satellite image application, three-dimensional methods and dynamic methods. Some problems (differences) occur in denoting of methods.
