Abstract: The aim of this contribution is to point at the factors influencing the accuracy of digital spatial data staratinf with the evaluation of the accuracy of their primary analogue carrier, an obejct of digitization, ending with form of their digital storage in a computer environment. Besides we also talk about the accuracy from the viewpoint of semantic contents of the map.
