Abstract: The control of allocations of really used parcels will hereafter depend on function of the Integrated Administrative and Control System (IACS), which is one of the basic requirements of the European Union funds economizing in the field of agriculture. The Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) elaborated in the Soil Science and Conservation Research Institute in Bratislava is one of the basic key elements of IACS. The following article deal on basic terminology, measurement methods, technical tolerances and other cartographical accesses generating parcels identification.
