Abstract: The aim of the paper was to propose procedure to be used for creation of topoclimatic maps in the environment of standard geographic information systems and their analytical tools. We leaned on layers of morphometric parameters of georelief, land cover layer and the layer of climatic zones. The proposed procedure was tested by creation of digital topoclimatic map of chosen territory of the Kysuce Basin from its spring to the confluence with the Čierňanka river.
